Delivery Times: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once payment is confirmed, estimated delivery times are 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package at all times. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Reduced packaging: At Bricktopia we are committed to contributing to the care of the planet 🌎 reducing our carbon footprint, which is why we choose to send your sets in recyclable security bag packaging ♻️ instead of disposable boxes. Even if you decide to give a gift or buy the box, contact us and we will send your set ready for gifting.
Lost or Delayed Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost or does not arrive within 20 business days of shipment, we offer two options for your peace of mind:
- Total Refund: You will receive a full refund at no additional cost.
- Store Credit: We offer you a store credit for the amount equivalent to your order, so you can make a new purchase.

EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES
At Bricktopia, we strive to ensure your shopping experience. Before starting the exchange process, we suggest you read the terms and conditions. Once you meet the necessary requirements, we will review and process any exchange or warranty.
It's important to note that Bricktopia does not cover costs for product changes, except for the following exceptions:
- When the customer has experienced a defect in their set and has provided the required information.
- Exchange under warranty, provided that this has been accredited.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to make an exchange. If you exceed this deadline, we unfortunately cannot process your exchange.
There is no cost for processing the change.
You can choose any other product available in our online store to exchange, subject to inventory availability and delivery times. If the new product is priced higher, you will be required to pay the difference. If the price is lower, we will issue a coupon with the corresponding value for use on future purchases.
The product will only be eligible for exchange if it is in the same condition as when it was delivered: free of wear, scratches, in its original packaging, and odor-free.
If the original packaging is not available, a repackaging fee of $50 MXN will be applied, which must be paid when initiating the exchange process.
You can make the exchange by contacting us by email at contacto@bricktopia.mx or directly on our website, attaching your order number, email address registered at the time of purchase, and photographic evidence.
The photographs will be used to validate the product's condition. If the exchange is initiated, it must be received in its original condition, including all packaging and protecting it.
We reserve the right to issue refunds in cash or any other form of payment.
WARRANTY POLICY
We guarantee any manufacturing defects within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
Our commitment to quality in the manufacturing of our products guarantees a reliable shopping experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.
The following cases are excluded where our products present:
- Breakage of materials and other damage caused by misuse of the product.
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications to its original structure.

With our quality guarantee, we are committed to repairing or replacing your product. If it's not immediately available, we'll offer a new one of the same value as the original. If you choose a higher value, you can pay the difference.
Warranty processing can be completed through any of our customer service channels, including social media, email, or our website, by attaching the requested evidence and information.
When warranties apply, Bricktopia is responsible for shipping costs of the product.
RETURN POLICY
At Bricktopia , our priority is to offer you quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the terms and conditions outlined below:
Conditions for Return
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.
- Product Condition: The product must be unopened , in its packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- Excluded Products: Returns of sale items, individual parts, or customized products are not accepted unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
- Return Request: To start the return process, send us an email to contacto@bricktopia.mx or to our Whatsapp 5656589220 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Review and Approval: Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with instructions for returning the product.
- Shipping Costs: We are committed to a satisfactory shopping experience, so Bricktopia covers return shipping costs.
Refund
- Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days . The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- In the event of defective products or shipping errors, the full cost, including shipping costs, will be refunded.
Do you need an invoice?
Invoicing your purchase with us is very easy, once you have received your set please send us a message to contacto@bricktopia.mx or WhatsApp 5656589220 with the following information to issue your invoice.
- Order ticket number
- Regime in which you are registered (Legal Entity, Natural Person, Natural Person with Business Activity, Simplified Trust Regime, etc.)
- Name or business name as it appears on your Tax Certificate
- Address with Zip Code
- Use of CFDI
