Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all our products according to the current promotion. This is our way of thanking you for choosing Bricktopia and making your purchases even more accessible.
Delivery times: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once payment is confirmed, estimated delivery times are 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package at all times. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, do not hesitate to contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost or does not arrive within 20 business days of shipping, we offer two options for your peace of mind:
- Total Refund: You will receive a full refund at no additional cost.
- Store Credit: We offer you a store credit in the amount equivalent to your order, so you can make a new purchase.

CHANGES AND GUARANTEES
At Bricktopia we strive to guarantee your shopping experience. Before starting the change process, we suggest you read the terms and conditions. Subject to the necessary requirements, we will review and process any changes or guarantees.
It is important to mention that Bricktopia does not cover expenses for product changes, with the following exceptions:
- When the client has had a defect in their set and has provided the required information.
- Warranty exchange, as long as this has been proven.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to make changes. If you exceed this deadline, unfortunately we will not be able to manage your change.
There is no cost to process the change.
You can choose any other product available in our online store to make the exchange, subject to inventory availability and delivery times. If the new product has a higher price, you will have to pay the difference. If the price is lower, we will manage a coupon with the corresponding value for use in future purchases.
The product will be eligible for exchange only if it is in the same condition in which it was delivered: without wear, scratches, in its original packaging and without odors.
If you do not have the original packaging, a repackaging fee of $50 MXN will be applied, which must be covered when starting the exchange process.
You can make the change by contacting us by email at contacto@bricktopia.mx or directly on our website, attaching your order number, email address registered with the purchase and photographic evidence.
Photographs will be used to validate the condition of the product. If the exchange product is shipped, it must be received in its original state, including the packaging and protecting it.
We reserve the right to make refunds in cash or any other form of payment.
WARRANTY POLICY
We guarantee any manufacturing defects within 60 calendar days of receiving the product.
Our commitment to quality in the production of our products guarantees a reliable purchasing experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.
The following cases are excluded where our products present:
- Breakage of materials and other damage caused by misuse of the product.
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications to its original structure.
We are a brand committed to our customers. Please be assured that we will process any request conscientiously.
With the quality guarantee, we are committed to managing the repair or exchange of the product. If it is not immediately available, we will offer a new one of the same value paid. If you choose one with a higher value, you can make the payment for the difference.
The processing of guarantees can be carried out in any of our service channels, through our social networks, email or on our website, attaching the evidence and information requested.
When the guarantees are applied, Bricktopia is responsible for the shipping costs of the product.

- Número de ticket de la orden
- Régimen en el cual estás registrado (Persona Moral, Persona física, Persona física con actividad empresarial, Régimen simplificado de confianza, etc)
- Nombre o Razón social tal cual aparecen en tu Constancia Fiscal
- Dirección con Código Postal
- Uso de CFDI
