Personal data: In compliance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the personal data required to fulfill the purposes established in the immediately preceding point are listed below: Name(s) and surname(s) and/or business name, address, landline (home or office), cell phone, federal taxpayer registration number, and email address. Personal data will be collected by filling out physical or remote forms, and/or by gathering the information or documentation required by Bricktopia, either in person or electronically on any of its websites. Bricktopia does not collect or process sensitive personal data from its customers.

Personal Data Security: Bricktopia implements the necessary technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect your personal data and prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing, and will therefore perform the following actions:

Changes to the Privacy Notice: Bricktopia reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time to address legislative or jurisprudential developments, internal policies, new requirements for the provision or offering of its products and services, or due to business practices. Therefore, if Bricktopia modifies the content of this Privacy Notice, it will notify you by email.

Transfer of personal data: Your personal data may be transferred to subsidiaries, affiliates, affiliates and controlling companies of Bricktopia and even to third parties, national or foreign, unless you (the owner) expressly state your opposition, in accordance with the provisions of the Law and its Regulations. The Personal Data Department will process your requests and promote the protection of personal data within Bricktopia. Notification to the owner: Bricktopia will notify the owner of the personal data of the decision taken within a period of no more than 20 business days from the date the request was received.
