Exchange, Guarantee and Return Policy

CHANGES AND WARRANTIES

At Bricktopia we strive to ensure your shopping experience. Before starting the exchange process, we suggest you read the terms and conditions. Once you have met the necessary requirements, we will review and process any exchange or warranty.

It is important to mention that Bricktopia does not cover expenses for product changes, except for the following exceptions:

  • When the customer has had a defect in their set and has provided the required information.
  • Exchange for warranty, provided that this has been accredited.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to make changes. If you exceed this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process your change.

There is no cost for processing the change.

You can choose any other product available in our online store to make the exchange, subject to inventory availability and delivery times. If the new product has a higher price, you will have to pay the difference. If the price is lower, we will manage a coupon with the corresponding value for use in future purchases.

The product will be eligible for exchange only if it is in the same condition as it was delivered: without wear, scratches, in its original packaging and without odors.

If the original packaging is not available, a repackaging fee of $50 MXN will be applied, which must be paid when starting the exchange process.

You can make the change by contacting us by email at contacto@bricktopia.mx or directly on our website, attaching your order number, email registered in the purchase and photographic evidence.

The photographs will be used to validate the condition of the product. In case of initiating the shipment of the exchange product, it must be received in its original condition, including the packaging and protection.

We reserve the right to make refunds in cash or any other form of payment.

WARRANTY POLICY

We guarantee any manufacturing defect within 60 calendar days after receiving the product.

Our commitment to quality in the manufacture of our products guarantees a reliable shopping experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

The following cases are excluded where our products present:

  1. Breakage of materials and other damage caused by misuse of the product.
  2. Unauthorized alterations or modifications to its original structure.

We are a brand committed to our customers. Rest assured that we will process any request with full awareness.

With a quality guarantee, we are committed to managing the repair or replacement of the product. If it is not immediately available, we will offer a new one of the same value paid. If you choose one with a higher value, you can pay the difference.

Guarantees can be processed through any of our customer service channels, via our social networks, email or on our website, attaching the requested evidence and information.

When warranties apply, Bricktopia is responsible for the shipping costs of the product.

RETURN POLICY

At Bricktopia , our priority is to offer you quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of making a return following the terms and conditions described below:

Conditions for Return

  1. Return Period: You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.
  2. Product Condition: The product must be unopened , in its packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  3. Excluded Products: Returns are not accepted for products on sale, individual parts or personalized products, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  1. Return Request: To start the return process, send us an email to contacto @bricktopia .mx or to our Whatsapp 5656589220 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Review and Approval: Once your request is received, our team will review it and provide you with instructions for sending the product back.
  3. Shipping Costs: We are committed to a satisfactory shopping experience, so Bricktopia assumes the shipping costs for returns.

Refund

  • Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days . The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase.
  • In case of defective products or shipping errors, the full cost, including shipping costs, will be refunded.
